CPM-based Advertising
This is a good option for advertisers who sell a general product, or who benefit from reaching audience outside their niche.
CPM advertisements rotate through the home page and include the following zones on the home page and all subsequent main pages.
The taxonomy of Materialicious is organized by a tag system. Each time a reader selects a post on the main page, a details page is generated that includes other posts with the same tags (see below). Premium Sponsors designate a tag that represents their market niche, for example "lighting." When a visitor clicks any post on the main page with the tag "lighting" the resulting details pages will be populated exclusively with ads from the Premium Sponsor who owns that tag.

CPM ad spots are available at a rate of $15.00 CPM (cost per thousand impressions). A minimum of 200,000 impressions is required.
Premium Sponsorship Advertising
For companies that sell specific products into dedicated markets, it is powerful to advertise in an environment where the content succinctly matches the message. Being in the right place at the right time maximizes the advertiser's opportunity to make the sale.
Premium Sponsors designate a specific tag that represents their product audience, for example "lighting." Every time a visitor clicks a post from the main page with that tag, a details page is generated that includes other posts with the tag "lighting" (see above). The only ads that will appear on the details pages that are generated EVERY time a visitor clicks on ANY post tagged with "lighting" will belong, exclusively, to the Premium Sponsor who owns that tag. This ensures an optimal environment.

Premium Sponsor ads also rotate full run of site on the main pages. And if the site is searched via tags or popular categories, the Premium Sponsor will own all the ad-zones on the return pages generated by that category search. Premium Sponsorships are contracted on a monthly basis at a rate of $1000 with a 3-month minimum engagement.
Please note that the rotating footer button ads at the bottom of all pages always rotate with other non-competitive sponsors.
