Applecross Residence by Jackson Clements Burrows

This house is orientated towards western views of the Swan River in Applecross a suburb of Perth, Western Australia. It explores an interpretation of the traditional Australian verandah in response to climatic considerations and site constraints. The house is divided into two complementary halves – Verandah (the western side of the house) and Enclosure (the eastern side of the house).
