The Sedan chair designed by Lyndon Neri and Rossana Hu is a lightweight, flexibly arrangeable piece of furniture. The seat and frame have been conceived as distinct, contrasting forms with the seat appearing to be suspended in the wood like a sedan chair hence the name. The seat comes in either monochrome or two-tone versions, with or without padding and with the wood or lacquered colored metal frame it can provide distinctive seating for private or public areas.
