Tbilisi Public Service Hall by Studio Fuksas
The Italian architects of Studio Fuksas have completed the Tbilisi Public Service Hall in Georgia. The building is made up of 7 volumes that contain offices placed around a "central public square" towered above by 11 big "petals".
