Oliva, Deli-Restaurant and Wine Shop by Boué Architects
Boué Architects team, led by Gerardo Boué, designed the Oliva project, a concept Deli-restaurant and wine shop specializing in gourmet and kosher food, located in Bosques de las Lomas. The development of the project spans 3 floors, the basement is where the wineries are, the first level where the restaurant and deli are located and the second level is where the kitchen was installed and inaugurated in December 2011.
