Klein Bottle Playground By Vito Acconci

Artist and architect Vito Acconci is to receive the Designer of the Year award at Design Miami in December and has designed a playground to be installed in the Miami Design District. The Klein Bottle Playground takes a mathematical model in which there is no inside or outside, but only one continuous surface and uses it to produce a perforated climbing frame. It will be installed in the neighborhood by 2014.....
