Breezeways: Bridging Buildings
A lot of people are looking into adding on to existing houses by using enclosed and heated breezeways. This is proving useful for connecting carriage houses to additions (and vice versa) and allows builders to work with existing bylaws that limit the number of structures on residential building lots.
