House Cochrane by Metropole Architects
Inspired by traditional Thai architecture, this project fused far eastern tropical forms with modern western living. The extensive accomodation brief and the steep topography allowed the structure to be fragmented in several freestanding roof forms that step down the slop emulating a small village surrounded by dense coastal vegetation.
