Sharing a passion for technology, functionality and lightness the designer Patrick Norguet developed the Kobi Wood chair for Alias Design. Inspired by traditional iron wire chairs the basket like body was created with woven soldered round steel wire. The leather or fabric cushions are available for the seat only, seat plus back and full shell are options. The chair comes in two styles: a colored or chromed shell with support and legs in enameled stove black aluminum or with a lacquered shell in different colors with enameled support with oak-veneered aluminum legs.
