In Brittany, at the tip of Finistère, France, vacation house Bleu Salé (Blue Salty) faces the ocean. This typical longhouse was fully renovated in 2009 with the traditional thatched-roof, which characterized it during its construction in 1822. The home was already imbued with natural beauty; the owners improved upon the original construction and restored it. They opened up the interiors to take advantage of the view of the sea, without altering the space. With imagination and inventiveness, each room of the home was furnished and fully decorated.
