1920's Cartier Leather Cosmetic/Makeup Case at Relique

Vintage 1920's French Cartier makeup case in blue/black laminated embossed leather. Navy silk moiré interior. Removable easel mirror and manicure kit with silver shoehorn.Two brushes with silver handles. Six glass lidded jars for perfume and makeup. All have an etched flower design and silver lids. Gold tone hardware and latch with an embossed diamond logo and D66. Inscribed "Cartier New York, Paris, London. Made in France". Embossed serial number 12264 under right side of lid. All pieces monogrammed "MLK". Considering its age, this case is in wonderful condition. Some leather wear on the back of the lid and the stitching has separated on the front of the lid. Missing handle and key. 14"l x 10"d x 5"h.
