Boeing 787 Dreamliner
It has been three years since Boeing announced its 787, or Dreamliner. On Tuesday, September 26, one of the planes will be delivered to the manufacturer’s first client. Environmental activists who constantly travel, ironically, by plane should rest assured that the model consumes 20% less fuel and can travel 52% further than its cousin, the 767. The Dreamliner’s plastic composite body is lightweight compared to the all-metal 767.
