Tai Pei Art Museum by Kois Associated Architects
When we started the design process we noticed that the site was a so-called terrain vague, urbanistically speaking a no man’s land with remnants of industrial installations. While it had some elements of exterior design like the sculpture garden on its west boundary with the prominent sculpture feature, on its south east boundary the amphitheater and on the north east boundary the art resource center.
