Pyrolave Gazed Lava Stone Lav Top

The Volvic Lava Stone from Pyrolave is an exceptionally dense volcanic stone quarried from a crater in France. The surface of the slabs are enameled and fired at more than 1000 degrees. A delicate crazing appears on the surface during cooling which gives the stone its signature appearance. The stone is non-porous, is impervious to acids or corrosive products, is not affected by high temperatures and is a hygienic surface perfect for both kitchens and baths.
