Tea Time fit for Alice

Drink with me. You may have to be as small as Alice in Wonderland to enter this abode. As if something out of a Doctor Seuss book, this miniature house is perched upon two slim chestnut trees as if sitting upon a lake on stilts. A project of Japanese designer Terunobu Fujimori, this tea house is located in Chino, Nagano Prefecture, Japan and is called, "Takasugi-an," "a treehouse [built] too high." Continuing with the tradition of tea houses being constructed by their tea masters, Fujimori built this house for his own pleasure of sipping tea.
