Designer Francesco Colarossi, Giovanna Saracino and Luisa Saracino have a solution utilizing the empty space below the flyover. This concept is called “Solar Wind.” They tried to take advantage of a fly under a bridge by installing 26 wind turbines on the bottom and according to them at least 36 million kilowatts per year can be produced with these 26 wind turbines.
