TAG Heuer will unveil Carrera Mikrograph at SIHH 2011 Show

TAG Heuer pays homage to a nearly 100-year-old mechanical feat with the release of their Carrera Mikrograph. The Mikrograph for those unfamiliar is a chronograph that has the capability to display accuracy down to 1/100th of a second. Mikrograph’s hand takes just one second to complete a full rotation. The Granddaddy of Mikrographs was originally released in 1916, and the Carrera Mikrograph is the latest iteration of the lauded technology. The watch, which is going to be limited to only 150 numbered pieces, will be revealed at the SIHH 2011 trade show that will open on Monday, January 17, 2011. There’s no word on the price.
