Scrollchair by XU Gongwei

Designed by XU Gongwei, Scrollchair is a chair inspired by Chinese calligraphy and painting – the scroll. The scroll curve is taken to create the chair seat that provides both good elasticity and support. And its unique design also adds an interesting element to the design of the chair. Scrollchair won the 2010 Grand Prize of DESIGNED IN CHINA: The Rado Young Design Prize.
