Cocoon, designed by Salomonsen, is a storage unit for fruits and vegetables in a modern kitchen. It is in he same time a wonderful decoration, storage and cultivation for the kitchen window. For a good integration, the designer has chosen an organic shape. Cocoon is made of a clay that absorbs water from the cultivation. When it evaporates the storage is cooled down.
