The Ritz-Carlton, Los Angeles’ 26th-floor pool area. The new Ritz-Carlton opened this May and occupies floors 22 to 26 of a translucent-blue, 54-story skyscraper (residences and an 805-room JW Marriott hotel occupy the other floors) just across the street from Staples. Guests need not exit the Ritz-Carlton to enjoy L.A. Live’s premier eatery: Wolfgang Puck’s WP24 restaurant. The 24th-floor venue serves Chinese delicacies, while appetizers and sushi are available in the adjacent lounge.
