'Sound Tubes' glow up and produce sound when in motion
David Westwood has devised a beautiful “Sound Tubes Installation” that promise to spell bind anyone who sees them. The interactive sculpture comprises of three tubes of varying lengths fitted with light sensors and a small speaker. When the tubes are standing still; light doesn’t enter the tube and no sound is made. While on the other hand, when the tubes are swung, light enters the bottom thereby producing creeking/groaning sound that is amplified up the tube.
