An architect from San Luis de Potosí, Mexico designed The Box Mix, a two unit apartment building. The site has only 2150 sq ft. At first, the developer intended to build two small single homes. After reviewing the urban regulations, an apartment building is more preferable due to its profitability. A small commercial space may also be attached on this site.
