Jenn-Air's new downdraft cooktops are an excellent solution when unable to vent smoke outside or can not run duct work. These cooktops use a powerful filter to capture the smoke and steam and are available in 30" and 36"configurations for both gas and electric models. The cooktop line includes a touch control, electronic ignition for lighting and automatic re-ignition in case gas flames are blown out and a shallow downdraft chamber for easier cleanup.
