Antique Trestlewood Flooring
The douglas fir timbers from which this flooring is milled spend about 90 years submerged in the saline waters of the Great Salt Lake as the support of a 12 mile long train trestle. The lake waters deposited minerals into pores of the wood creating colors and character not normally seen in the wood.
