Thin-Film Solar Cell Modules from Sulfurcell
The German company Sulfurcell has developed thin-film solar cell modules that have been used as cladding on building facades as part of an integrated photovoltaic system. They are installed on a substructure, are rear-ventilated and have special recessed drainage channels. The temperatures of the modules or panels are lowered with this rear-ventilation which in turn helps to create a balance of energy within the building.
