Mako House by Bates Masi Architects
This small beach house in Amagansett, L.I., New York was designed by Bates Masi Architects. The challenge in this major renovation and addition on a restricted site was to add space and amenities while simplifying the form and function of the house. The added spaces tie the house together visually and structurally and fit the busy lives of the owners.
