Waterford House on New Zealands Coast by Sumich Architects
The main object of this design was to create a luxurious and sophisticated living environment using simple shapes and a hard use of materials. The spacious living areas have been designed around a private courtyard that features alfresco dining, a wood-fired pizza oven, gourmet BBQ and a trendy fish smoker.
