3716 Springfield For Sale by Studio 804
This is the most recent project by the architectural students of Dan Rockhill's Studio 804 and it is now for sale! Studio 804 presents the design for a single-family residence at 3716 Springfield in the Rosedale neighborhood of Kansas City, Kansas. The house is an infill design and is looking to be the first LEED-for Homes project there. Nestled on a secluded site near the University of Kansas Medical Center, the residence is just the ticket for someone who would like to live “off-the-grid” while enjoying the revitalized amenities of the metropolitan urban core.
